Dear Hearing Examiner:

 

            The Laurelhurst Community Club joins with The Seneca Real Estate Group on behalf of its client in the above-referenced matter in seeking an additional continuance.  We have all been working very hard in finalizing our settlement agreement.  It has been a long hard process, but our work is almost complete.  We appreciate your willingness to allow our negotiations to continue to move forward.  We agree that a postponement of the June 6, 2005 pre-hearing conference should be moved to sometime in July 2005.  This continuance should allow sufficient time for the parties to finalize a settlement.  It is our understanding that the other party in the matter, Jean Gompf, is agreeable to the continuance.

 

            Thank you for considering our joint request in continuing this matter.
